Pre-Orders
Pre-orders will not ship immediately. The turnaround time for a pre-order item will be 4-6 weeks. There are no full refunds for canceled pre-orders. Colors will vary from screen to screen, photo lighting, photo edits, and my print supplier. I try to photograph my products and edit them in a way that best shows their actual appearance, but sometimes it will vary.
Shipping and handling
Turn around time for your order will be about 4 weeks. Usually items ship sooner, but I cannot guarantee that. The shipping cost covers what I pay to the shipping provider and the materials to ship your items. If you place multiple orders I will combine them for you. I do not refund shipping overages for combined orders, so please keep that in mind before placing multiple orders at once. I am not responsible for lost packages or items damaged by shipping carrier, once it leaves my place of business I no longer have any control over the package. This applies to individual, personal and wholesale orders.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not fully refund or exchange items that may have been mis-ordered. I do not refund any items lost or damaged by the shipping provider, once it leaves my place of business I no longer have any control over the package. If you receive your package and it has damage not caused by shipping please reach out to me within 48hours so I can help you and solve any issues. This applies to individual, personal and wholesale orders. Each design is handmade so the design will vary piece to piece. In the colors, the molded item and the flowers or items in the resin. The fastenings are designed for light use, so make sure you are gentle with them. All communication regarding returns, damaged pieces and replacements must be handled via email, you can do so to denimandrain@gmail.com
Custom Orders
For any custom orders please e-mail me via my contact page. Custom art or resin orders will vary in turn around time depending on my current custom bookings and the project you have ordered. Together we will discuss a timeline for your custom order. Custom orders must have a minimum of 50% and up to 100% paid upfront. Deposits for custom orders are nonrefundable. If you cancel your order before it is sent to you and after you have paid in full you will receive a partial refund. The refund will exclude any amount of materials purchased and used, and the time that was put into the project. If you receive a partial refund for your project you will not receive the project or items that were being made. You will not receive a refund once you have received your custom order, physical or digital. This applies to individual, personal and wholesale orders.
Privacy Policy
When you buy something on this website, we collect personal information from you to fulfill the order. We may collect information like your Billing and shipping address. Details relating to your purchase. Email address. Name. Phone number. We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us.
Our payment processors Stripe and PayPal will also collect payment information from you. You can read their privacy policy’s at their individual websites.
As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.
If you create a customer account on this website, we collect personal information to improve our checkout experience and customer service. This information may include your: Billing and shipping address(es). Details about your orders. Email address. Name. Phone number. We share this information with Squarespace, our website hosting provider, so they can provide website services to us.
We may send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. We share your contact information with Squarespace, our email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf.
