Size 4: Circumference 7.25" Length 7.5"
Size 5: Circumference 8" Length 8.5"
Size 6: Circumference 8.5" Length 9"
Size 7: Circumference 9" Length 9.5"
Size 8: Circumference 10" Length 10.5"
Size 9: Circumference 10.75" Length 11"

Size 2: 20 C1, 58 C2
